USA T20 World Cup Squad 2024: Complete List of Team Players and Name

The co-host USA has named their T20 World Cup squad for the upcoming T20 fest. The USA has named a 15-player squad along with the three reserved players. The team is led by the 31 year old skipper Monak Patel, who also keeps charge of the wickets. 

The biggest name in terms of cricket in the USA’s squad for the T20 World 2024 is undoubtedly former New Zealand all-rounder Corey Anderson. Corey showed interest in playing cricket for the USA last year, and after being eligible to play for the USA, he was picked for the USA vs Canada series and made his debut for the USA on April 12, 2024. 

Apart from Corey, another experienced player makes his way to the USA T20 World Cup Squad 2024; the USA’s tearaway quick Ali Khan is also included in the squad. He is coming back from a hamstring injury. Saurabh Netravalkar, Aaron Jones, and Steven Taylor are other important senior players in the USA’s T20 World Cup squad.

This USA squad for the T20 World Cup has seven Indian-origin players, including skipper Monank Patel. Milind Kumar, Nisarg Patel, Harmeet Singh, Jessy Singh, Noshtush Kenjige, and Saurabh Nethralvakar are other players in this USA squad who are of Indian descent.  

Team USA is competing in its first Cricket World Cup and hopes to make it a memorable one. The USA will start its World Cup campaign against their neighbor Canada on June 1 at Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium in Dallas, Texas.
