Who Won Yesterday Match T20 World Cup 2024: IND vs AFG Match No. 43

Who Won Yesterday Match T20 World Cup 2024: India has registered their first two points in the Super 8 stage of the T20 World Cup 2024 after defeating Afghanistan by 47 runs at the Kensington Oval in Barbados. This was match no. 43 of the T20 World Cup 2024, in which India decided to bat first after winning the toss. Being forced to bowl first, Afghan bowlers coerced Indian Captain Sharma to rethink his decision to bat first, as they sent back the top 3 batters of India to the pavilion in just 8.3 overs when the score was 62.

But after that, Surya Kumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya took responsibility on their shoulders and sailed the Indian batting line-up’s ship securely to the shore. India ended their innings with a total of 181/8 and set a challenging target for Afghanistan. Came to chase 182 runs. Afghanistan openers tried to complete the given task with an aggressive batting style, but they lost their wickets in this endeavor. After 11 overs, Afghanistan lost their top 5 batters, and since then, “it had not remained the matter of what; it became just a matter of when. Eventually, the Afgan team was bundled out in 20 overs for just 134 runs, and India won this match by 47 runs.
