Netherlands T20 World Cup Squad 2024: The Netherlands had to make two changes in its initially selected T20 World Cup squad due to injury crises, as Daniel Doram and Fred Klaassen were forced out of the Netherlands T20 World Cup Squad 2024. Daniel was a slow left-arm orthodox spinner, and Frad was a left-arm medium-fast bowler. Kyle Klein and Saqib Zulfiqar have been named as the replacements for the former players mentioned.
Kyle was a right-arm quicky who was initially named in the traveling reserves, while Zulfiqar has been directly added to the 15-member squad. Kyle Klein’s brother Ryan Klein is the other change that has been made in the Netherlands T20 World Cup squad. He is named as the reserve player in place of his brother.
The first time the Netherlands selected the team for the T20 World Cup 2024, they chose to leave out big names in Dutch cricket. Veteran all-rounder Roelof van der Merwe and key batter Colin Ackermann were the most noticeable among such players. Dutch selectors believe in youth rather than experience and choose young guns like Tim Pringle and Michael Levitt to add some firepower to the batting lineup.

The Dutch team will try to repeat that performance in this World Cup. The Netherlands will start their 2024 T20 World Cup campaign against Nepal on June 4 at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas.
