The West Indies beat Scotland in match no. 8 of the ongoing women’s T20 World Cup in the UAE. This match took place at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, where Scotland decided to bat first after winning the toss. But this decision of Scottish skipper Kathryn Bryce was not proved to be fruitful as Scotland concluded their inning on 99/8 in 20 overs. The target of 100 runs was way too small for the West Indies as it took them just 11.4 overs to complete the chase.
