Match Summary: Yesterday’s IPL Match Result RCB vs. SRH Match No.30 : Who Won Yesterday’s IPL Match?
Sunrisers Hyderabad may have won the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore, but yesterday’s IPL match result actually went in the favor of batters, as we have seen a run fest and merciless smashing of bowlers. Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss at the Chinnaswamy Stadium and decided to chase. Sunrissers were asked to bat first, and they batted so beautifully that even RCB’s supporters couldn’t stop themselves from enjoying such a hitting masterclass.
Abhishek Sharma and Travis Head gave SRH a flying start, forming a 108-run partnership in just 8 overs. After Abhishek’s dismissal, Klassen took charge of hitting before departing at 67, and Travis Head on the other side completed his hundred. Aiden Markram and Abdul Samad too scored quick thirties and took SRH to a record-breaking total of 287/3 in 20 overs. In the second inning, RCB came on a mission that was impossible, but that was before the start of the inning. RCB had a brilliant start thanks to Kohli’s early strikes, but he was a little bit unfortunate to get run out by chance.
After Kohli, Faf took charge of hitting, but after his dismissal, RCB batting faced a mini collapse before Dinesh Kartik came and saved them. Kartik fought like a lone warrior, securing an end when wickets were falling at regular intervals, and plated a magnificent innings of 83 runs in just 35 deliveries. Only because of Kartik’s efforts; RCB came too close to such a huge target. But unfortunately, he got out in 18.5 overs, and RCB lost the match by 25 runs.
