IPL 2025 Fixtures Announced: Check Complete Schedule, Date and Venue 

The BCCI announced the complete schedule for IPL 2025 on Sunday. Check the fixtures below. 

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) released the IPL 2025 schedule on Sunday. As per the details shared, the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL) will commence on March 22 at Eden Gardens and the last match will be played on May 25, 2025. Defending champion Kolkata Knight Riders will open the 18th season of IPL at its home ground against Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

The season includes 10 teams competing in 74 matches held at 13 different venues across India. The playoffs will begin on May 20 and the final will be held on May 25. Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator are scheduled for May 20 and 21, respectively, at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, while the Qualifier 2 and the final being held at Kolkata. This would be the third time Eden Garden holding the IPL final. 

Sunrisers Hyderabad will face off against Rajasthan Royals on March 23 in Hyderabad, while IPL’s two most successful teams, Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians will play on the same day in Chennai.

Every team will play 14 games in the tournament, making a total of 70 games overall. Fans can enjoy 13 days with two games each, scheduled at 3:30 PM and 7:30 PM IST.
