This Stadium is located in the capital city of UAE—Abu Dhabi; that’s why it’s also known as Abu Dhabi Stadium. This stadium was opened to the public in 2004 and cost 22 million USD to the UAE government. This stadium is one of the finest cricket grounds across the globe and can accommodate more than 20,000 people to its fullest. The first international cricket match at this stadium was played between Scotland and Kenya from November 17–19, 2004 in the 1st semi-final of the ICC Intercontinental Cup.
